Using a SoftwareSerial to communicate with RDM6300 #591

RDM6300 needs a serial with 9600 baud, and the Hardware serial is set to 115200, creating a SoftwareSerial bound to GPIO-04 and using it to read the data from the board allows the program to use RDM6300 correctly.

I have one question, why are you hardcoding GPIO-04? Is this mandatory or it could be configured like what happens for the other readers? I can help with the web UI if you need a hand. If you want to try I'm very happy though :)

Also, minor nitpicking, would be nice if you could write variable names with camelCase to be consistent with the rest of the codebase. Thanks!

It should not be mandatory, I should put a config for the pin without problems. I'll push the code as soon as it's done!
