regression error in latest versions for reading DS18B20 #19

The DS18B20 sensor can be read on 1v43, but not on 1v45 or 1v46, where the output is always null.

It appears that not everyone has the issue: http://forum.espruino.com/conversations/492/

PS: sorry, just realised that the issues I created relate to Espruino, not EspruinoDocs, but I cannot seem to move them.
