Updating fails on /e/-os

Android 13 on /e/-os.
Since version 1.0.37 (fdroid) I can't update anymore, Fdroid says unknown error.
Installing via adb gives the following error:
adb: failed to install /tmp/ws.xsoh.etar_38.apk: Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_DUPLICATE_PERMISSION: Package ws.xsoh.etar attempting to redeclare permission ws.xsoh.etar.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION already owned by foundation.e.calendar]
Am I missing something or did you request new permissions already taken by another app?

The e foundation uses a fork of Etar, which probably leads to the error. There is nothing we can do about it. Same as #1438
