VW Group EU Data Act Portal - Service Notice and Breaking Changes #34479
Replies: 1 comment
Status Update: Resolution of "No Content Found" FilesWe would like to provide an update regarding the recently reported issue where some users received files containing "No Content Found" instead of their requested vehicle data. Issue ResolvedThe underlying issue has been identified and fixed. New requests are now being processed correctly. Subscription Backlog ProcessingWhile the root cause has been resolved, a backlog of previously affected subscriptions is currently being reprocessed. This recovery process is being executed step by step and is expected to take up to 72 hours to complete. What Users Should DoIf you are currently receiving files containing "No Content Found", please do not create additional data requests at this time. Submitting additional requests will not accelerate processing and may increase the backlog that is already being cleared. What to ExpectAs the backlog is processed, affected users will gradually start receiving files containing the expected vehicle data again. No action is required on your side. We will continue processing all affected subscriptions until the recovery is complete.

Service Notice and Breaking Changes
We would like to inform you about two topics currently affecting the EU Data Act Portal and the available community integrations.
1. Sporadic “No Content Found” files
We are currently experiencing a sporadic issue with the provision of vehicle data. A small number of users may receive a file containing the message “No Content Found” instead of the requested data.
We are actively working to resolve this issue. No action is required from affected users at this time. We will proactively inform all affected users as soon as the issue has been resolved.
2. Upcoming breaking changes
As part of ongoing optimizations to the EU Data Act Portal, several technical changes will be deployed over the coming days. Some of these changes may temporarily affect the compatibility of existing community integrations.
Required changes have already been initiated for:
We are also working on the required updates for the following Home Assistant integrations:
What users should do
If your integration stops working over the coming days, please first update it to the latest available version.
Information for integration maintainers
Maintainers of other integrations are encouraged to review and adopt the relevant login-flow changes already implemented for EVCC and ioBroker.vw-connect.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and support while we improve the reliability and efficiency of the EU Data Act Portal.
