It really became a problem that Pikaday was dependent on moment.js. So I decided to copy the pikaday.js from https://github.com/Pikaday/Pikaday and it's typings from https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/tree/master/types/pikaday. I stripped the moment dependency from both and I also provided Pikaday as an ESM module and CommonJS module.
