More cytogenetic band data from more providers

This almost doubles the number of organisms for which cytogenetic band data is available in Ideogram.js. Previously, NCBI was the only source of such data. Now, Ensembl, UCSC and Genomaize are also queried.

Organisms with new cytoband support:

• Anopheles gambiae: mosquito, major vector of malaria
• Aspergillus fumigatus: fungus, common pathogen in individuals with immunodeficiency
• Aspergillus nidulans: fungus, model eukaryote
• Aspergillus niger: fungus, cause of black mould
• Aspergillus oryzae: fungus, also known as koji, often used in East Asian cuisine
• Danio rerio: zebrafish, model organism for research of vertebrate development
• Drosophila melanogaster: fruit fly, model animal
• Hordeum vulgare: barley, major cereal grain
• Oryza sativa: rice, major cereal grain
• Xenopus laevis: African clawed frog, model organism for research of vertebrate development
• Zea mays: maize, also known as corn, a major cereal grain

With the addition of these 11 organisms, the number of species with cytoband support in Ideogram increases to 25. This resolves issues #82 and #83.
