Nextgen foreman module

I have written a nextgen module for TheForeman, starting from a copy of your "foo" module, and using theforeman/puppet-foreman module and your legacy one as inspirations.

I'm looking at it and it seems to follow perfectly the nextgen layout and login, so I'm going to fork and include it the module bunch.
I agree with the decision to repeat puppet related variables in the module, this limits its dependencies (nad the puppet module is something that many people already have and use by their own).
I'd like to keep out forks as much aligned as possible so reciprocal pull requests will be desiderable.

I don't know when I will manage to actually test it intensively, so maybe my contributions will be marginal.
