GET parametes

pair	string	[required] currencies of symbol, divided by ","
from_id	number	[optional] filter by minimal order history id. If exists - returns will be ordered by ascending id, if not exists - by descending id
limit	number	[optional] number of orders to return. minimum 1, maximum 1000, default 100
