Couple of things to clear my understanding:

1. are we creating issues on issues documentation?? would an end-user actually see vbnet/issues/69 for example?
2. @ErikSchierboom why is the "correct link" (https://exercism.org/docs/building/tracks/concept-exercises) so different from what you originally have in the doc (https://github.com/exercism/v3-docs/blob/main/anatomy/tracks/concept-exercises.md)? it would seem like @vijaynyaya's link is closer to your original one...

Well, because we updated the documentation.

#166 This is my first open-source contribution and I found all links direct to 404. I guess they’re related to the following link:

Closing this as we did indeed have bad links, but we've fixed this for new tracks. Sorry about the inconvenience!
