Update to the latest flake8 version (close #1571).
pep8was renamed intopycodestylemccabewas added as new dependencyThe new rule added in flake8 v3.6.0 W605 (https://lintlyci.github.io/Flake8Rules/rules/W605.html) than also had to be fixed.
