We need to automatically pull in the jqueryui stylesheet when we load jqueryui. Probably need some method to select the jqueryui theme either within the exp theme or by user selection or both user configuration within the theme.

(from [2d2323c]) We now pull in the jqueryui stylesheet, also constant name changed to themes from style since that's what jqueryui calls it [#837 state:resolved]
