Artemis: mc: Support monitor platform sensor on sensor polling handler #1196

Description

  • Support to monitor platform sensor on sensor polling handler.

Motivation

  • Monitor CXL sensor on sensor polling handler to reduce BIC loading.

Note

  • This commit can reduce the time for BMC to ask MEB all sensor in half. (Before modify: 10s, After modify: 5s)

Test Plan:

  • Build code: Pass
  • Get CXL sensor reading: Pass
  • Get MEB sensor reading: Pass in 5000 times

- Support to monitor platform sensor on sensor polling handler.

Motivation:
- Monitor CXL sensor on sensor polling handler to reduce BIC loading.

Note:
- This commit can reduce the time for BMC to ask MEB all sensor in half. (Before modify: 10s, After modify: 5s)

Test Plan:
- Build code: Pass
- Get CXL sensor reading: Pass
- Get MEB sensor reading: Pass in 5000 times
