Summary:
The workaround method as bellow.
Set up flag to EEPROM if user trigger RTC_CLR_L/bic-util slot1 –clear_cmos
Clean flag from EEPROM if BIOS send add_sel command to BMC
RTC bit4 should not be high if the FLAG been cleared, BIC will clean up RTC bit4 while AC on.
