Changing default tags.

I want to have a way to change the preset from building to house or whatever I need for that area. Examples: restroom, residential area, residential building, mobile home, mobile home park, ect.

Just a quick thought: Maybe the "Use This Feature" could be a split button that optionally lists the presets of the category "Buildings" from the tagging schema and remembers the last chosen category? It should be possible to pick a category based on the primary tag (building, highway, …).
