Change 3D building colors from rapid magenta to OSM building red

Description

One of the comments we received in the workshop at State of the Map US was that the building heights are magenta, leading the user to think that they are AI-derived. We should change them back to the normal OSM red so that the 2D and 3D maps look similar.
