Licensing for installs of Docusaurus

When someone installs Docusaurus via yarn or npm, we need to do one or maybe two things re: licensing:

1. Remove the license headers from the code that is generated in website for the site that uses Docusaurus since it points to the actual Docusaurus GitHub repo license which may not be applicable to the site using Docusaurus.

2. Add our Examples license to the examples directory. We should discuss if this is the right thing to do.
