When I select and cmd-C to copy a feature, I get the 'copied a feature' toast message pop-up. However, when I hit ctrl-V nothing happens.

Fixed by adding a reference to the paste behavior object back to the 'core behaviors' in context, and to the enabled behaviors used by modeBrowse.
