First time writing a documentations for anything, so sorry in advance!.
This PR tackles issue #1520, i added a "Organizing Your Project" under recipes in the user guide.
Any feedback would be much appreciated!

In the absence of response, we will close this PR for now. Any contributor is still very welcome to tackle #1520, you can start either with a skeleton proposed in this draft PR, or from scratch.
