Library compiles without errors but functions not available in Excel

Hi, so I've downloaded your code to create an Excel Add-in and I've run into a problem with getting the examples up and running.

The basic issue is that I cannot get Excel to see the functions that are defined in the library. It loads the library and everything correctly (from what I can tell), but something goes wrong in the registration of the functions.

I realise that you are no longer maintaining this library so I won't ask that you fix the problem, but if you could describe the details of your workflow for debugging the code I would be very grateful.
