I'd like to be able to leverage fastlane to help me understand if there are currently warnings/alerts/blockers associated with my Apple Developer account.
For example:
Upcoming Apple Developer Program Expiration:
Apple also periodically updates their Developer Program Terms and Conditions and they show a very similar message with a call to action.
I suspect there are other alerts but these are the most common.
Both of these things are ultimately blockers. They have to be cleared in order to continue using fastlane in the app store. I would like to detect them early so that they can be handled in some fashion. (by me manually, or by automatically notifying stakeholders that the warnings exist)
Presumably this new command should return the type of warning and it's level. I think the available levels would just be 'warning' or 'error'. Where an 'error' is when the alert turns red and starts blocking other commands.
