Fix format on Fate Core, FAE, and Toolkit files

The Fate Core, FAE, and Toolkit files are formatted differently than the new SRDs. This means updating the formatting script to make them look nice.

Some HTML tags have been converted to HTML entities so they don't work. For example:

• <span>Setting:</span>&nbsp;Decide what the world that surrounds the protagonists is like.

This is pretty widespread in the file I looked at (Core SRD).

@truenorthdan Thanks for taking a look. I'm working on the core-three branch to fix that. The original three SRDS are formatted waaaaaaay different than the new ones.

#9 relies on an AST version of your gulp script. It's possible that the AST approach would be able to handle those.
