time-lapse video playback stalls when you try to index the video slider #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click on recorded video icon with 'Timelapse' overlay text.
2. video plays ok. Try to index the time position and video freezes.
3. Only way to recover is click stop, then play. Can't pick your start.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect it would play video associated with sliders time index instead of
freezing the video (even though the slider continues to advance).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v4.4.3.0, Win7-64

Please provide any additional information below.

This could be a VLC issue because it does the same thing when played directly.
My record settings are as follows: Interval = 1 sec (Movie), Save every 30
minutes, Frame rate = 5.

Can you try installing this codec pack and let me know if it fixes the issue?

I'm pretty sure this is a bug in VLC. You could try recording the timelapse
video to an AVI format... Let me know if that helps.
