OHMKit 0.2.0

OHMKit 0.2.0 bring two major features:

• Dictionary mapping similar to array mapping from version 0.1.0
• OHMKit now allows for batch addition, updating, and removal of everything: property mapping, adapters, array classes, and dictionary classes

Version 0.2.0 also brings significantly expanded documentation.

This release is marked not production ready to indicate that non backwards compatible changes may be introduced before version 1.0, and that it is not fully documented. OHMKit is robust, performant, and has been successfully operating in production for some time.
