The master node of our cluster have 16GB of RAM. When running CPAC on it to process data sets with a lot of subjects (n > 100), CPAC keeps submitting jobs to SGE and the use up all the RAM. SGE then stops responding to CPAC and the job submitting process will crash because of time out error.

Unable to run job: failed receiving gdi request response for mid=1 (got syncron message receive timeout error)

Some kind of job control should be implemented so this won't happen...
