This is a follow-up to #69. It turns out that Deno 1.9 set useDefineForClassFields which broke checking the result for undefined. This pull request pulls the additional hook context properties into an interface and also enables strictNullChecks so that it works with more strict TypeScript settings (including the Deno defaults).
