This is a follow-up to #69. It turns out that Deno 1.9 set
useDefineForClassFieldswhich broke checking the result for undefined. This pull request pulls the additional hook context properties into an interface and also enablesstrictNullChecksso that it works with more strict TypeScript settings (including the Deno defaults).
