Implement Attribouter

Yes, this is my library. Yes, I am making an issue to implement my own library in one of my apps. This is to remind me to do it. The reason that I would like to implement Attribouter is that it takes a lot less time to update and modify than the current about section, and it automatically gets some changes (new contributors, for example) from GitHub so that I do not have to add them immediately. However, the current about section has a few sections and features that are not possible with Attribouter, so I will use this as motivation to work on Attribouter some more before implementing it in Status.
