Wrong encoding on comments

Hi there!

I am from Greece. When I fill a comment in greek inside a time log, greek characters appear as "?" when the log is saved. For instance, a comment "Test στα Ελληνικά." appears as "Test ??? ????????." I guess this happens with every non-english character but I didn't test.
Surely an encoding issue, but what can I do about it? Is there any configuration I can change to fix this (UTF-8 somewhere)?
My Redmine version is the latest, 2.5.2.

Sorry, my bad. There was wrong encoding to several MySQL tables. Switching to UTF-8 solved the problem. So the issue has nothing to do with this marvelous plugin.
