Just gave it a shot and still I can see this in my terminal.
What is the exact location where changes are made.
How to completely remove it

Does pip uninstall SpoofMAC not do the trick?

If you installed with pip or easy_install, you can use pip uninstall. See: http://pip.readthedocs.org/en/latest/reference/pip_uninstall.html

Didn't use the pip for it but still removed the file using "which", hope there is no other place where files are installed

You could still use pip to uninstall, even if you installed with
easy_install.
