- Copy all model JSONs into fiberhmm/models/ so they ship in the wheel
- Add fiberhmm/models/__init__.py with get_model_path(enzyme, tool, seq)
- fiberhmm-apply: add --enzyme / --seq, -m is now optional
- fiberhmm-recall-tfs: add --seq, -m is now optional
- pyproject.toml: add [tool.setuptools.package-data] for fiberhmm.models

Users no longer need to locate model files after pip install:
  fiberhmm-apply -i data.bam --enzyme hia5 --seq pacbio -o out/
  fiberhmm-recall-tfs -i out/data.bam -o recalled.bam --enzyme hia5 --seq pacbio
