Description

Displays a message saying you have no favourites until the section is opened from the nav bar. If the section is already open they display as expected. Favourites are not lost, they are just hidden.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Result

Should display favourite assessments regardless of the section being open or not

Actual Result

Works with section open, shows misleading message when section closed.
