Each release should have a ticket with the following tests to be run:

• Run autotest suite

• Surface Data

  • Download LCP from CONUS
  • Download LCP from Alaska
  • Download LCP from Hawaii
  • Download US SRTM
  • Download US SRTM outside of CONUS, expected fail

• All runs below with all outputs turned on

• Weather Models

  • Run WindNinja from a directory other than C: and download nomads files
  • Weather model run with diurnal on
  • Weather model runs with all wx models

• Run a Point Initialization simulation

• Domain Average Runs

  • Mass conserving solver
  • Mass conserving solver w/ diurnal
  • Mass conserving solver w/ diurnal and stability
  • Mass and momentum conserving solver
  • Mass and momentum conserving solver w/ diurnal
  • Multiple mass conserving solver w/ diurnal
  • Multiple mass and momentum conserving solver w/ diurnal

• Test metric units and wind heights

  • Domain average run w/ diurnal
  • Point initialization run
  • Weather model initialization run

• Test multiple processors

  • Mass conserving solver
