Common packages for Jackal, including messages and robot description. These are packages relevant to all Jackal workspaces, whether simulation, desktop, or on the robot's own headless PC.
Make sure to switch to the kinetic-devel branch even if ROS-melodic is installed. I dont recall why kinetic-devel wah chosen, but i think it had to do with compatability of something. It might be possible to make melodic-devel the working branch but it will take some work.
