When a user has maps enabled they may need to switch the map types depending on the context they are in. This adds a map type setting on the Settings Screen in place of the CoT/HOW settings (which were being removed anyway) and allows the user to switch between the Standard, Hybrid, Satellite or 3D/Flyover maps as requested in Issue #6
