The old text contained linkable definitions of the "muted" and "enabled" concepts. I added definition-tags where the new text introduced "muted" and "enabled" to make the old links refer to the new definitions. |

Proposed fix for bug 25789. I think it improves things a little, but I'm not sure. Up to editors to decide if they use it or not.
