Matrix is row major, you need to set transpose flag when passed to opengl uniform :
glUniformMatrix4fv( uMVP, 1, GL_TRUE, mvp.getPtr() );
glUniformMatrix4fv( uMVP, 1, GL_FALSE, mvp.transpose().getPtr() );
