Welcome to the ArmCopro Wiki!

This project was inspired by the launch of the Raspberry Pi Zero and the 25th anniversary of ARM.

The first ever ARM was tested as Coprocessor on an Acorn machine.

Lets make the the most powerful Coprocessor ever, and also the cheapest Co-processor ever.

There is a Forum thread for this project here.

The initial check-in was based on this. This is just a starting point as we are planning on using the SPI protocol to send all the data between the ARM and a special "SPI Tube" chip.

I have done much research in to bare metal programming on the Raspberry Pi and a page of notes will soon be on a page of this Wiki here.

Once you have tools to build code for the Pi then you need to load it and debug it see this page.
