Incorrect reading of Continuous Controller data

ContinuousController data reads incorrectly when MIDI.begin() is called with a channel number. Reproduce by using any of the examples provided in the library, modifying the 'begin()' call to specify a channel number/ I experienced this using Arduino .022 & 1.0.1 with a Teensy 2.0
