My vote for #20. It shows three hands raised up in air under the stars. That could signify collective effort by multiple people to reach the stars/ excellence. Also, since they are not in a loop it signifies openness and inclusion; in line with our group values. |

Yesterday, I put together a simple type style for the handout. Since most members present liked it, I propose it as logo. I have modified and changed it a little to make it better (hopefully). "fosstr" uses Roboto font by Christian Robertson and is part of Google Open Source fonts - Apache License, version 2.0 ".org" uses Liberation Sans by RedHat which is GNU General public License Logic of the Logo |
I like the idea of a text based logo rather than a graphic logo since it avoids a lot of copyright issues. And that it is simple and to the point. +1 from me for the idea |
