[FORMATTING] Pretty Print JSON output / file write

Need a pretty print for json output for browser or file write so Pete doesn't have to reformat changes/additions to json.

The formatting is not that big of a deal (though it is nice if it is pretty when someone wants to edit by hand to fix a typo or something), but one issue I did have to fix was that the links or examples would sometimes contain an array of one struct with empty values, instead of just an empty array.

ok, that would be a bug in the builder. I can make that fix with and commit along with the builder's ability to load json and update.
