[Bug]: Broken Links or missing compendium entries in the random encounter tables

What happened?

Most of the random encounter tables contain broken links. While the relevant enemies can be found under actors, the compendium doesn't seem to contain them. The working links can all be found under Compendiums/Bestiaries/Adventure Paths/Kingmaker, the entries with broken links are missing though.

The broken links -- at least in the Greenbelt encounter table -- are most of the ones that refer to the pf2e-bestiary. The only working one in the table is the owlbear. Considering that, the issue might be related to the remaster changing IDs of monsters.

While updating the references locally, I noticed that the some monsters seems to be missing completely
