HandsomeSoup restrictive bounds

HandsomeSoup-0.3.3 (Ben Ford <ben@dlstartup.com @egonSchiele) cannot use:

• hspec-1.11.4 -- <1.10
• network-2.5.0.0 -- >=2.6
• network-uri-2.5.0.0 -- >=2.6

It both requires too old a version of hspec, and too new a version of network/network-uri.

It helps, but it doesn't address the network issue, which will still prevent inclusion in Stackage.
