Would it be possible to have custom formats for the values, primarily for the ones rendered in legends for aggregation charts?

I think this could be achieved by having the Chart constructor accept a formatter function as one of its args params. One use case for this feature would be formatting a number as a thousand separated currency.

If you guys are willing, I could submit a PR for this.
