Provision for Production (Manufacturing) Rejections

Provision for Production (Manufacturing) rejections covering semi-finished or finished goods is totally missing (not mentioning here about scrap). Also when rejected quantity is entered that time it is very important to keep in mind that consumption of raw material (if any is there at that level of BOM) would already be done as per produced quantity i.e accepted qty+rejected qty. Rejected quantity can be moved to rejected warehouse for rework / reuse or scrap out. Also important here is that with the accepted quantity only job cards and work orders should be appropriately updated. Without this feature manufacturing module is incomplete. This request should be given highest priority in the category of features enhancement.

Also very important feature is to capture the REASONS for rejections. Manufacturing companies does analysis based on the various reasons of rejections, whether it is at Purchase Receipt OR during production.
