Make GDB timeout configurable #178

I am trying to run kyua on QEMU MIPS and since this is an emulated platform it is much slower than real hardware so the 60 second timeout is not enough.
Would it be possible to set the default https://github.com/jmmv/kyua/blob/e85ee4145b16295a061e6f551402d2bf46e819b7/utils/stacktrace.cpp#L80 e.g. using an environment variable?
