Is (electronic) digital design an adequate topic to add?

Hello there!

Is digital design an interesting topic to add to this guides? With digital design I mean the one related to electronics, like programming RTL designs with HDL languages (like Verilog), verification and its different methodologies (OVM, UVM), etc

I was thinking about opening a specific directory for it.
