• fix(jira): treat whitespace-only description as empty in CreateIssue #8664 : This was a follow on to my PR for the Fullsend issues create command as it was requested by @waynesun09. This PR accomplishes treating white space only issues as empty as acceptable when creating issues with the new create command accomplished with PR 8499.

Why do you need triage access?
