Tested Policeman 0.18.1 - 0.19pre1 in a brand new profile with Flash plugin disabled to force HTML5 player. Results in "An error occurred, please try again later." with the animated 'snow' background.

Installing Greasemonkey, followed by YouTubeCenter and disabling "DASH Playback" in the Player settings causes playback to work. Without DASH you lose access to, among other things, 1080p video quality.

Manually adding rules for each and every individual domain listed in the popup (with the popup set to show every content type) results in a green icon but still no video with DASH.

Adding a rule to allow all requests from www.youtube.com to any domain enables playback with DASH, but presumably because that has the same effect as Suspend on this tab (which also works) - neither of which are ideal.

This occurs with any sites that use mediasource: extension. Without rule: "allow > media > this domain > any domain" - they do not play video.
For example: http://streambox.fr/mse/hls.js/demo/

Maybe it is somehow related to bug #180?

Allowing the 'Chrome destination' - which was colored green otherwise - resolved the video playback issue for me.

Policeman v0.19... doesn't support Chrome source and destination.
