Removes the obsolete FvwmPager configuration option Label. FvwmPager already uses the DesktopName setting from fvwm and should honor those names and not have its own naming option. Fixes #342

The following does not work on Fvwm3:
*FvwmPager: Label desk labelIn a conversation with @ThomasAdam in IRC was decided this should be deprecated.
DesktopName should be used instead of label.
Cleanup for the man page will be also required.
