Combine MaximizeHeight() and MaximizeWidth() into a single function grow_to_closest_type(), which can then be used in other contexts to find a rectangle around a window which is empty of other windows.
Extend the Move command to be able to shuffle the window to the closest window (it is not currently touching) in a given direction. The flags can be used to make it consider either windows or icons, and which layer(s) the windows must be on. Closes #540
Include key bindings ctrl-alt-arrow_key to move a window around using Move shuffle in the given direction in the default-config. In addition ctrl-alt-shift-arrow_key will grow the window in the given direction.
