Used on mobile, maybe good to have a way to manage tools location for Right/Left handed person.

Also have a reduce version to maximise screen size for creation canvas.

Not sure that the right way to do this is through customising.
I would prefer that the app simply lays out appropriately for the device type - so that phone and tablet runtime are appropriately modified?

The UI could be different for Right or Left handed user.

Also have a minimized ui version with only icons.

If flipped-layout were to be supported it would be at the toolkit level (possibly as part of Right-to-Left text support.
Allowing the toolbar to have an icon only mode could be good - I guess this feature request could be re-worded to focus on that customisation.
